Everything owners ask before the call. If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

What is Phase 1?
The foundation: a website (or your existing one connected), Facebook and Instagram profiles set up and branded, and the GoHighLevel platform with CRM, calendars, missed-call text-back, and follow-up by text and email. All wired together so a lead from anywhere lands in one place.
What is Phase 2?
Ready-to-launch marketing: posts on Facebook and Instagram on a schedule you approve, ad copy written for your offer, and ads running and managed. Month to month. It starts once Phase 1 is in.
Who writes the posts and the ads?
A person, using AI for first drafts and variants. Nothing goes public without your approval, and the voice is yours, not a template.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. The domain, the site content, the social pages, and the CRM data are yours. If we manage a domain for you, it is an add-on with a plain buyout clause.
How long does Phase 1 take?
Days, not months, once we have your content and access to what you already use. You approve before launch.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Only if it does not book or does not load well on a phone. If it is good, we connect its forms to the CRM and leave it.
Who decides the ad budget?
You do. We recommend a starting number on the call, report in plain language what ran and what came in, and change nothing about spend without you.
Am I locked in?
Phase 1 is a one-time build plus a small monthly for the platform. Phase 2 is month to month. Stop whenever you like and keep everything that was built.
What does it cost?
Quoted on the call, scoped to what you need. You get a number, not a form.
Where do you work?
Denver and the Front Range in person, anywhere in the US remotely. The setup is the same either way.
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes. You tell us what you sell and who buys it. We tell you what Phase 1 would look like for your business, what it costs, and whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we say so and point you somewhere better.

Start with Phase 1. Thirty minutes tells us both whether it fits.
