Website, socials, and CRM, wired together: what that actually means
What 'wired together' means in practice for a small business: where a lead goes when it arrives, what fires automatically, and what a person still does.
Every marketing pitch says "integrated." Here is what it means when we say Phase 1 wires the website, the socials, and the CRM together, followed one lead at a time.
A lead arrives from anywhere
A homeowner fills in the estimate form on the site. Someone messages the Facebook page. A customer texts the number on the truck. Someone calls at 7 PM and you cannot answer.
In most small businesses those four leads land in four places: a contact-form email, a Messenger inbox, your personal phone, and voicemail. Two get answered tomorrow. One never does.
Wired together, all four land in the same CRM, in one thread per person, with a timestamp and where it came from.
Something replies in seconds
The form triggers a text: thanks, got it, here is a link to pick a time. The missed call triggers a different text with the one question that starts the booking. The Facebook message shows up next to the text thread so whoever replies sees the whole history.
None of that is a chatbot pretending to be you. It is two or three messages, in your name, that get the customer to a calendar before they call the next business.
The calendar is real
The booking link goes to your actual availability, with the services, durations, and buffers you set. A booked slot creates the contact, the appointment, and the reminder sequence in one step. The morning of, you and the customer both get a text.
After the job
A thank-you goes out. A review request with a direct link follows. If a quote goes quiet for a week, a check-in goes out. If they said "call me in spring," a task shows up in spring.
That is the part most owners never get to, because it requires remembering. Here nothing requires remembering.
What a person still does
Writes the messages in your voice before any of it turns on. Reads the reply when a customer asks a real question. Decides the ad budget. Approves anything public. Talks to you when it matters.
AI drafts the volume. Automation moves the lead from step to step. A person keeps the voice and the judgment.
What "connect what you have" means
If your site is good, its forms get pointed at the CRM. If your Facebook page has followers, it gets connected, not replaced. If you already use a CRM, the contacts migrate. Phase 1 is the wiring, not a demolition.
Everything Phase 1 includes is listed plainly. The GoHighLevel page covers the platform itself. Or book thirty minutes and we will walk one of your leads through it.
